WE UNDERSTAND ITEMS MAY NOT FIT AND YOU MAY NEED A SMALLER OR LARGER SIZE. WE ASK YOU MAIL IT BACK ASAP IN ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR MERCHANDISE CREDIT. 

RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:
1. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without clothing tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
2. Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.
Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned

3. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances and smoke.
4. The customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Silhouettes Shapewear and Wellness .
5. Shipping fees are non refundable.
6. Silhouettes Shapewear and Wellness  diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.
**Please include your original packing slip so we know who you are. If you've misplaced your packing slip no worries, you may enclose a note with your full name and/or order number. A merchandise credit will be issued in the form of a gift card sent via email.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME
Upon receipt of your package, your return for a store credit will be processed within 3-4 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 7-10 business days or sooner. (During Holiday Sales processing times are 10-15 business days) 
We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
 
 
HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?

Due to the high volume of orders received, please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing before orders ship from our warehouse 

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated time of arrival is:

US Orders:
1. USPS standard shipping 5-7 business days.
2. Priority 3-4 business days
3. Express mail 1-2 business days (Guaranteed within 2 business days).
International Orders:
1. USPS Priority international mail (7-14 business days)
 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment.

For international orders, Standard Airmail includes a customs form label number that can be used to locate your package, but is not an actual tracking number.
 
PROMOTIONAL AND COUPON CODES
Periodically, Silhouettes Shapewear and Wellness will offer promotional codes. One (1) Offer Code may be used per order. Any current codes CANNOT be applied to a previous purchase. Price adjustments will not be made. The coupon code is entered at check out. To ensure you are notified of any new items, sales and promotions please like and follow our social media pages, @SilhouettesShapewearWellness on Instagram and Facebook or agree to receiving Marketing emails and text messages . 


INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED “I received the wrong item” : While we try our best to process your order as quickly as possible, sometimes human errors can occur in fulfilling an order. Other times, the merchandise may be damaged during the shipping process. In these situations we want to do everything we can to fix the error. If we made an error in the fulfillment of your order,please contact us within at CustomerService@shopsilhouettes.com 24 hours from the date you received the package  

Please be sure you checked the entire contents of your package. If you do not contact us within 24 hours, Silhouettes will not be responsible for the items neither a replacement or store credit  will be issuedWe reserve the right not to accept items. We will email you Pre-Paid Return Slip to the email address on file for the item to be returned to us. Items must be returned within 3 Business Days of receiving Pre Paid Return Label. If not received within 3 business days the return slip will be voided and return shall not be accepted. 

You will be asked to provide clear photos of the package the order arrived in and the products received. Once we review the photos, we will review the issue and either authorize the exchange or explain the reason for denial of the exchange. If it is authorized, we will need the incorrect item returned to us in new, sealed and unused condition. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process the incorrect/missing items once authorized. 

Due to sanitary reasons and COVID 19, If the incorrect item has been worn, opened or removed from packaging, we will not be able to accept the return/exchange regardless of error on Silhouettes’s Shapewear and Wellness behalf.  The item has been contaminated and is no longer resale-able. 

MISSING ITEMS: “My order days delivered but I have not received it” 

We are not responsible for items marked “delivered” by USPS or UPS. Once an item is given to USPS or UPS we are no longer the handler. In most cases please give USPS or UPS 3 days to correct the issue . You may contact USPS or UPS to file a claim for missing items. 


Please note that items shipped using a mail forwarding service are not eligible for replacement/exchange/refund of any kind. 


In most cases, we will email a return label to you once your exchange is authorized. 

We cannot issue return labels to international customers. All items are thoroughly checked and weighed prior to shipping. 

If an item is damaged, missing pieces or wrong item sent, please contact us within 24 hours from the date you received the package. Please be sure you checked the entire contents of your package. If you do not contact us within 24 hours, Silhouettes will not be responsible for the items neither a replacement or store credit  will be issued.We reserve the right not to accept certain damaged items. We reserve the right to refuse to process and order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. 

 

 

FRAUDULENT ORDERS/ FRAUDULENT CHARGEBACK DISPUTES
If such is the case, we may reject your order. Our customer service department may email you at the email address you provided to confirm your order. We also reserve the right to cancel any accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. To avoid delays, please be sure your name, billing and shipping address matches the card you are using. We reserve the right to cancel any order using any promotion or promotional code, at our sole discretion. If any order cancellation occurs you will be credited in full for the cancelled order(s) and your order will not be shipped. We do not make price adjustments. 

We take these measures to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity.

 

ANY FRAUDULENT CHARGEBACK DISPUTES MADE ON BEHALF OF THE CUSTOMER WILL BE PROSECUTED IN COURT FOR FRAUD AND MERCHANDISE THEFT.
